Do not trust these guys! Not only did they take months to complete installation, the tv was never mounted straight. Also, they failed to put surge protectors on any of the equipment they installed. After a surge, I lost my expensive brand new TV and the overpriced receiver they sold me. The other items off the same power source that were professionally installed, had a surge protector and were not damaged. They then lied and said a declined a surge protector. They then said they'd give me a replacement receiver but then reneged. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, overpriced and incompetent. Use Best Buy installation for a fraction of their cost

Lisa, we are sorry that you had a direct lightning strike. It took a while to do your installation because you were moving to Kentucky in multiple trips, which took multiple months, and you did not have all of your equipment with you when work first began. We have tried our very best to go over and above for your project, but unfortunately you are not going to be satisfied with anything we offer as a solution.

My family had a wonderful experience working with Steve. He came out to the house to mount the new TV and ended up giving great advice, taught us how to use several devices in our home, and mounted the new TV.
