Kudos on customer service, installation and follow up. Worked with an amazing team which included Kelly (Sensitive Information Hidden) in customer service support and Chris (Sensitive Information Hidden) at the Gahanna/New Albany store to fix an issue with the first installation of flooring from another store. They worked together to get the right flooring for our home. In addition the installation team and support from Greg was top notch service. Thanks again for fixing what was a very frustrating situation…

Kelly (Sensitive Information Hidden) from Customee Service, Earnest at the Brioad Stree Store and Urban were excellent. We had a problem with our floor. The three of them worked together to see that we were satisfied. Urban did an outstanding job repairing the issue that the other installers said it could not be done. They stayed in constant communication until we were happy.

Flooring installation August 3rd 2023 Installers glued transitions strips to floor leaving glue stops thru a lot of the new floors Contact Rite Rug the same day flooring was installed On November the 3rd 2023 issues with the flooring was resolved During the three months to resolve there were several calls to Rite Rug trying to achieve resolution but little action just delays waiting on someone to review and then delays while deciding what may be done Also there were delays in ordering flooring due miss communication internally at Rite Rug Bottom line flooring now in and we are thankful Rite Rug should review there costumer complain procedure it leaves a lot to be desired

I have beautiful floors from the basement to the top floor. I absolutely would recommend Rite Rug for all flooring. The experience was wonderful and professional. They took care of my home and my time commitment. Always kept their appointments. Very professional and nice to work with. Rob came back to my house finished my doorways and did an excellent job. He really liked the special finishes to match the house. Great job.

We purchased carpet for stair runners on two stairways. The initial measurement was not correct, and the carpet delivered and installed was short on two stairways. Carpet was pieced in, and did not look good. Also, the overall installation was what I would consider sloppy. I talked with Kathryn (Sensitive Information Hidden) in Customer Service, and she was very responsive and helpful. They determined that all the carpet needed to be removed and new carpet installed. The second installation was much better, and the stairs now look very good. Kathryn and the Customer Service support and follow up were excellent.

I had some planks on my kitchen floor that came apart and had some chipping. I contacted Rite Rug in Strongsville and they put me in touch with customer service who started a claim for my repair. The Strongsville store representative came out a few days later and had the reparie scheduled for the very next day. The team came in and did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. Rachel Campbell from Rite-Rug is awesome! She came and listened (which is rare now) and actually found us something that perfectly fit our feel, culture, and decor. The install was easy and painless for us, although probably not so with them. We have a childcare and they had to work around that, which they did with no complaints or issues. 5-Stars!

First let me say Kathrin Irish is a great person; she knows her job. She will go up and beyond to make sure you find what you are looking for and that you are please with what you are buying. Second let me say when the young man showed up to do the work he was on time and thr guy worked by his self all day until the job was completed; I asked the young man do you take breaks, he replied onces I'm done I will take a break. I was very impressed with his work ethic, attiude and his service. Once he was done the floor was amazing and beautiful. I recommend if you are looking to buy a new floor riterug is the place to go.

The service that Rite Rug was outstanding! I had a pending claim all through the pandemic, after 3 yrs of communication back and forth I reached back out to them to handle my claim. They agreed to replace carpet but I needed me to decide on the color of the new carpet. They were so helpful and immediately researched my claim and followed through with no problems after 3yrs, very impressive! I would definitely recommend Rite Rug Flooring!!
